He had been struggling for a while. He spent most of the day weak and recovering as he dried out. He still hasn’t tried to fly but this morning I managed to coax him to drink sugar water. First with drops on my hand and then he figured out the shallow cap I filled in his enclosure. I’m hoping he will regain his strength and want to leave soon. I actually finished this book in June in Audible (wonderful narrator!) but I wanted a print copy because there are so many scientific names that I need to see them and not just hear them.
