Mindfulness Journal Prompts

Journaling can be such a rewarding part of our mindfulness routine. Writing allows us to explore our thoughts and feelings to a deeper level privately, and gives us an opportunity to track our growth over a period of time. By looking back at previous journaling pages, we can see how far we have come in our journey to better emotional health. Sometimes, having someone – whether it is a therapist, counselor or just a written journal prompt – ask questions to guide our self-reflection, makes such a difference. Prompts ask us questions we may not have thought of on our own.
